Sagle, Idaho 83860 Returns/Refunds/Damaged Items Returns: Prior to returning any merchandise we require the customer to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Contact us at support@rusticleisure.com to obtain the RA. Allow 2-3 days for return authorization. Merchandise must be returned in the original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs, and manuals.Damaged or Missing Packages: Upon delivery and before signing for merchandise from the carrier the customer should check the merchandise for damage. If, after inspection, the customer discovers that the merchandise is damaged customer should refuse delivery and notate damage on the shipper’s copy of the freight bill. Notify Nielson’s Rustic Leisure by email (support@rusticleisure.com) within 2 days. Rustic Leisure or its supplier will handle correspondence with the freight company and arrange for replacement of parts or product. Order Cancellations: Orders cancelled after packages have been shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges. There will also a re-stocking fee that is 5% of the purchase price of the item(s). Exchanges & Refunds: Requests for refund or exchange must be initiated within 15 days of delivery of the merchandise. If the customer wishes to exchange or return an item for refund the customer must obtain Return Authorization (RA) prior to returning the product. Returns for refund will be treated in the same fashion as Order Cancellations. If a customer wishes to exchange an item they must contact Rustic Leisure (support@rusticleisure.com), request Return Authorization and indicate which product they wish to exchange for. To process a Refund or Exchange in a timely manner use following steps: - Send us an email (support@rusticleisure.com) with Request for RA as the subject. In the email include the customer’s name and address, reason for the return, customer order number, and the Product SKU. - An RA form will be emailed to you along with instructions on how to proceed. Shipping We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as we can. In stock items will be shipped within 2 days of order confirmation. However some of the products we sell come directly from our supplier and may require additional time for shipment. In this case it may take 10 – 14 days for delivery, and some handcrafted out of stock items may require a 2 – 6 weeks lead-time for delivery. Customers will be notified if the product is not immediately available. Items are shipped UPS or Fedex ground. If you desire a faster delivery time there will be an additional shipping charge. Contact us at support@rusticleisure.com so we can address your need and determine the additional shipping cost. At this time we only delivery to the contiguous 48 states in the USA. We do not deliver to APO or FPO addresses. Only small non-furniture items will be shipped to a P. O. Box address. If the shipping address is a P.O. Box the recipient’s telephone number must be included on the shipping documents. Please provide this information when ordering. Shipping Cost Free shipping is available for many of our items. The cost of shipping for all other items is based on UPS or Fedex Standard rates and USPS Priority Mail where applicable. Packaging and Delivery
